I don’t want to be a complete stranger so here is just a little bit about me, my process & why I love what I do!
I grew up in the Saskatchewan prairies, made my way to Vancouver Island where I met my husband Caleb & now making home in Fort Mcmurray.
We have two busy littles: Emma & Mason and a third on the way. Motherhood is wild & messy, but has exceeded all my expectations.
Together we love exploring the outdoors, hanging around a campfire and being surrounded by friends & family.
Family, Love, Vulnerability
Morning snuggles, the island air, and long heartfelt talks
Birkenstocks or Blundstone's, a messy bun and teeshirt
The comfort of home or cozying up by the fire on a rainy day
Photography captivated my heart from a young age. Maybe it stemmed from flipping through my mommas endless pile of scrapbooks as a kid, but images have the ability to bring me back to these amazing moments of life that I can relive with a glimpse; The cold prairie winters building snowforts, the laughter of family filling our home during holidays, mudpies and camping trips with grandparents, the nervous giggles falling in love with my husband and now these small but significant milestones with my babies.
Relationship is super important to me. I love hearing other peoples stories and feel I’ve been gifted with the ability to unfold these stories through my work. I believe in keeping things simple and letting connection and emotion do the talking. I give gentle guidance, prompt with movement and also step back to allow raw and natural moments to unfold.
Ultimately, my heart is to serve and bless others with my creativity and love everyone with open arms.
